Their staff were helpful and friendly and gave me advice on what products would be suitable for my bathroom. The prices were some of the cheapest I found online, and although not THE cheapest, it was the service and advice which pursuaded me to buy from them. |

| I bought a bath shower mixer set which it turned out did not work with low pressure systems, which it stated on the website it would do. When I explained this to them they were rude and extremely unhelpful and would not take them back. |
