| Truly appalling. Flowers were ordered for my wife's birthday. They did not get delivered. Eden4flowers insisted that they had been and that a "while you out" note had been left. This was patently untrue as we were in the whole day (nine members of the family in all) and no note was left at all. The response from the company was, in effect, to accuse me of lying. They refused either to redeliver or refund my money. I have never before encountered such an attitude and hope to never again. |
