| The wait for the nintendo ds lite continues!!!! Now told delivery will be 4/12/06. The customer services department couldnt be more sorry and helpful. Even so i have to say i wouldnt order again from them, however good the offer appeared! It has now been quite some time since i placed my order. I will keep you posted. |

| I pre ordered a nintendo ds lite pink. Great value as it came with 2 premium games. How i wish id read reviews before ordering!!! The goods were meant to arrive 27/10 then 3/11. I waited in all day nothing arrived. I tracked my order online, no delivery change. tried to email-no joy!!. I contacted customer services, told id have to wait a further 5 days before they would be able to give me any information. I have paid for the goods at the time of order-early October. I'm still waiting not a good experience i would have to say. |

| This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. The delivery never arrived on the agreed deilvery date, with the sales staff claiming they didn't get the order despite debiting my credit card 2 weeks previously for the full amount. I still have not received the goods even after 10 or more phonecalls. I've been told the product is in stock, is out of stock and there is a glitch with their computer system. Please spare yourself the stress and shop somewhere else! |
