| I ordered wine as a gift, with 'guaranteed next dat delivery', only for the case to be delivered 5 days late! Their site states they will refund double the delivery cost upon late delivery, and that they respond to all complaints within 48 hours. This is wrong on both counts as I've contacted them several times over several months and they have never responded! Dodgy company, don't trust them, use a trustworthy supplier instead. |
